Training intelligence for serious runners
Turn every run into a better decision.
Import your training, recovery, and lactate data from your GPS watch or app. Running Evolution shows what is changing, what is holding you back, and what you should do next.
From data to direction
Your watch records the run.
We explain what it means.
Running Evolution combines load, recovery, threshold, and performance data into a training picture you can act on—without turning every decision into another spreadsheet.
Know how ready you are
See readiness, recovery, weekly load, and training discipline in one daily decision.
Find the real limiter
Separate aerobic ceiling from sustainable threshold and focus training where it matters.
Get the next week planned
Build an adaptive week from your training history, capacity, goal, and recovery state.
One useful answer each morning
Stop guessing whether to push or back off.
The daily Method Score checks easy-run discipline, threshold control, progression safety, recovery, and load adherence. The result is not another chart—it is a clear training decision.
- 01Daily readiness from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and recovery—the signals that decide how much training your body can absorb today
- 02Training-load context instead of isolated activity scores
- 03Specific coaching insight when the plan starts to drift
Built around the Norwegian Method
Control the easy work. Measure the hard work.
The method is effective because intensity is controlled, progression is deliberate, and threshold work is anchored to physiology. Running Evolution turns those principles into checks you can use every week, using the same LT1/LT2 lactate step-test approach exercise physiologists use to set training zones—not generic heart-rate percentages.
Sign upEasy means easy
Detect intensity drift and protect the aerobic volume that makes quality work possible.
Threshold is measured
Use lactate step tests to identify LT1 and LT2 and derive individual training zones.
Load progresses safely
Compare acute load with long-term fitness before adding volume or another hard session.
Running Form Analysis · Pro
Your running mechanics, measured in motion.
Upload a side-view clip. On-device pose analysis measures key mechanics, grades them for the selected pace, and creates a coaching report. Your video never leaves your browser.
A complete training picture
Deep enough for data-driven athletes. Clear enough for every morning.
Every activity, automatically organized
Searchable history, session classification, monthly volume, laps, routes, and heart-rate streams.
Zones based on your lactate response
Track step tests over time and derive practical zones from LT1 and LT2 rather than generic percentages.
Fitness, economy, and race predictions
Follow CTL, ATL, TSB, running economy, VDOT, and realistic predictions from 5K to marathon.
A plan that starts with your real history
Build the next week from current capacity, available training days, cross-training, heat, and goals.
Privacy by design
Your performance data should work for you—not against you.
Video analysis stays on device
Pose estimation and video processing run locally in your browser. Clips are never uploaded.
Connected data is account-scoped
Provider tokens and synchronized snapshots are encrypted and isolated by account.
You remain in control
Export your information or permanently delete your account and stored data.

Questions, answered
Before you connect your first run.
Which platforms and files can I use?
Running Evolution supports manual activity imports in .FIT and compressed .FIT.GZ format. Direct provider sync is not available yet.
Do I have to train with the Norwegian Method?
No. The analysis is built around controlled intensity and progressive load, but the dashboard remains useful for any structured endurance plan.
Are running videos uploaded?
No. Form-analysis videos are processed locally in the browser and are not sent to the server.
Can I remove my data?
Yes. Account data can be exported or permanently deleted from the account controls.
